DISTRIBUTION DAY IS SATURDAY, JULY 25, 2009
To take advantage of this ministry please read these instructions CAREFULLY:
1. Fill out the order form and turn it in with your payment – CASH or MONEY ORDER payable to SALEM CHURCH (no personal
checks, no food stamps) – on any Sunday morning (10:00 – 10:30 or 11:30 – 11:45), or place your order and payment in a self-
addressed envelope (don’t seal it – just tuck in the flap – we will use it to mail the receipt to you) and deposit it at the north entrance
to the sanctuary, or come to the Church to place your order on Mon. July 13, 2009 (9:00 am - 11:30 am). Orders must be received
by 11:30 am.
2. Pick up your order on Saturday, July 25, 2009 between 9:00 and 10:00 am at the church (rear/lower level parking lot).
3. Please bring a large box to “trade in” on the day of the pickup. You will not get “your” box back.
All orders not picked up at the specified time will be donated to a local food pantry.
